We had a superb stay at a wonderful hotel in a great location. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the garden and hills. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even packed us a delicious breakfast for our excursion to Horton Plains. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Despite a few minor issues like lack of window screens and bathroom maintenance, the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Nuwara Eliya. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I stayed at The Ramp for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, providing packed breakfasts for my early morning birding trips. The chef, a talented young man, cooked delicious meals and the entire team exemplified hospitality and kindness. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with modern and comfortable rooms. My room had a stunning view of the town, mountains, and fields, and the location was quiet and peaceful. a lovely place to stay with attentive staff and great amenities.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Make sure you stay in the triple room with the highest mountain view, comfortable bed, for instance. An electric kettle and a fridge are a nice touch.

Spending my New Year's at a well-designed boutique hotel was a great choice. The large and clean room had all the amenities I needed, including a hairdryer and TV. The location was convenient and quiet, allowing me to explore the surroundings without disturbance. The breakfast mezzanine had lovely views, and the staff was helpful and made feeding the goldfish an enjoyable experience.
The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, causing the water to spray all over the toilet. There were some flies and mosquitoes in the room due to the absence of mosquito guards over the windows.

The hotel was beautifully designed with spacious and clean rooms equipped with modern amenities. We particularly enjoyed the hot shower and comfortable bed. the breakfast was delicious and offered a lovely view. the hotel offered complementary necessities like heaters and extra blankets to make our stay more comfortable. It was conveniently located but still peaceful and quiet.
Although the staff was friendly, we found it challenging to communicate because of their limited proficiency in English. there were some minor issues like a faulty TV network and plumbing problems in some rooms.
